Picked us up at Heathrow for return to Peacehaven. Contacted us the day before to confirm details, which is reassuring. On time, friendly guy and a smooth ride.

Gary messaged me well in advance and once I had landed. He was waiting on time in arrivals hall having offered to get me some coffee. The car was clean and comfortable modern Mercedes. Could not fault him.

Being met and driven home was the perfect end to what could have been an extremely stressful journey, but turned into a lovely lovely experience. Seriously cannot recommend the car service highly enough, case in point they are now listed in my address book as “nice guy Ross car service“. Super reliable, beautiful car, lovely person just 110%.

Used Handy Travel for Gatwick transfers in November - great communication at every stage, the whole experience was stress free. Lovely smooth car journey, the provision of bottled water is a very nice touch.
I have no hesitation in recommending the company and will be using them again myself.
Thanks very much.
